Admission exams for Health sector starts this Wednesday
Luanda - The entrance exams for Health sector starts this Wednesday throughout the countrywide with 77,092 selected candidates.

The public admission contest aims to fill up the 7,000 available vacancies in health professional careers and in general regime in all national territory.
Therefore, there are available 1,242 vacancies in medical career, 2,757 nursing, 1,691 diagnostic technicians and therapists, as well as 779 for hospital support and 531 general regime.
This will be the second public admission contest in Health sector. The first one was held in December 2018 with 5,000 admitted candidates.
Angola has 6,400 doctors for a population of about 28 million people.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends a doctor for 1,000 people.
The Angolan Ministry of Health (MINSA) reports in a press release that the exams will occur until 28 of current month during 2 hours and 30 minutes.
