In this universe of 308 samples, only 47 reported having the disease in an active state, those being in a process, at this time, of reconfirmation with the molecular biology test, the RT-PCR, according to the minister who updated the data of the epidemiological situation of the last 24 hours on the Covid-19 impact in the country.

Even so, the minister advises citizens to follow the preventive measures against the disease, among others, the mandatory use of the facial mask, social distancing, washing hands with soap and water or disinfecting with alcohol gel and avoiding crowds.

The campaign carried out in the markets of Catinton (Maianga), 30 (Viana), Kikolo (Cacuaco) and ASA Branca (Cazenga), and in the Mártires do Kifangondo neighborhood, in the municipality of Cazengo (Cuanza Norte Province), reached 10,186 people, of whom 7,500 in Luanda, including residents and vendors.

The country has 483 infected, 118 recovered, 340 active and 25 deaths.

Talatona, Belas, Ingombotas, Viana and Maianga are the most endemic areas in Luanda, the epicenter of the disease in Angola.
