Sílvia Lutucuta, who was speaking at rapid covid-19 testing campaign for Media, held at Luanda's National Radio Station (RNA) premise, said the Government has been doing its best to ensure humanised care assistance.
The minister considered unacceptable that people acting with bad faith and who, in several cases are not even receiving treatment in those facilities, start disseminating fake news.
“The people are being accompanied and there are proper protocols to secure the assistance of Covid-19 patients”, said the minister.
On the other hand, the minister condemns the behaviour of some patients interned in the centers, where some are said to damaging the equipment by pulling out the outlets and showers from these sites, created to deal with the pandemic.
Angolan patients are being treated at the level of the world average, a reality which is quite different from those in some countries, where patients are being treated in car parks, soccer stadiums, deprived of conditions, she said, calling for the need to enhance the government's work.
