Luanda - Various surveillance cameras for management and control of road traffic are being installed in Luanda City, with highlight to the urban area, a source with the sector has announced.
The national director of road transports, José Freitas Neto, said the cameras will send information to a control centre for a better road traffic management.
He also said that the provincial government will put in functioning as from December, a new traffic light in some areas of the capital city, under a project intended to improvem road traffic.
A new traffic light is in an experimental stage.
