Kwanza Sul: Cela Administration invests 448 million Kwanza
Waku Kungo - At least 448.179 million Kwanza is the amount that the municipal administration of Cela , province of Kwanza - Sul, will invest in 2014, under the Programme to Combat Hunger and Poverty in rural areas.

Speaking to ANGOP, the municipal administrator of Cela, Amelia Agria Russo, said that the amount will be invested in primary health care, in school lunches, building social infrastructure, management and maintenance of infrastructure, productive organization of communities, institutional strengthening and operationalization of micro promotion.
Besides these projects, he said, the administration will invest incentral and provincial government projects, which will allow greater delivery of services to the population.
"Our communities require much infrastructures, so the administration will exert in 2014, more dynamic in order to provide better living conditions to the poorest communities", said the manager.
The municipality of Cela, which is about 240 kilometers from the city of Sumbe (capital of the province) , has am estimated at 244.000 inhabitants, distributed in the communes of Sanga, Kissanga Kungo and Headquarters, engaged mostly in farming.
