The governor made this appeal when addressing the physically disabled (507 war amputees) and their families, nearly 1447 people installed by the Cuando Cubango Government in that locality.
He reported that the disabled of the former FALA and their families were part of a group of citizens previously resettled by the Government in 2009 in the 11 de Novembro neighborhood of Mavinga municipality, more than 400 kilometers east of Menongue, capital of the province.
The governor recalled that the financial difficulties were all known and I have urged civil society to support these families so they could create their own social conditions that would help the reintegration process.
