380 young people integrated in public, private sector

Lubango - At least 389 young people have been integrated into the labour market in various specialties this year in southern Huíla province through the Labour Ministry’s Employment Center, 545 less than the previous period.

The centre's director, Martinho Vasskette, said so to Angop Wedesday in Lubango.

Vasskette added that 2,578 presented their application in above period, of which 2,189 are waiting for integration.

The young employees work in ten specialties, with stress to electricity, metalworking, mechanics, carpentry, bricklayer, sewing, lathe, computers, kitchen and pastry and plumbing, in public and private institutions.

In 2016 the Center employed 934 young people.
