Speaking to ANGOP, on the occasion of the Christmas season, the interlocutors affirmed that the spirit of sharing, solidarity, is a remedy that minimizes the suffering of certain families that live in difficult days, due to the current economic situation facing the country.
For the pastor of the Pentecostal Faith of Liberation Church, António do Amaral, citizens should celebrate Christmas through solidarity, love and forgiveness so that this day becomes a true celebration of peace and union with God.
"At this time, Christians should engage in fellowship based on unity, fraternity, joy and a spirit of solidarity, especially for those most in need," he said.
On his turn, the leader of the Evangelical Synodal Church of Angola (IESA), António Belchior, said that Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, in this way they must have exemplary behavior, sharing, giving love without expecting anything in return, already that every believer must improve his / her behavior and promote good feelings and good deeds.
