Citizens living quality in Luanda concerns Government
Luanda - The governor of Luanda, Adriano Mendes de Carvalho, said Friday that the living quality of the citizen should be the main concern of the Local Government.

The official who was addressing municipal administrators, magistrates, Church Leaders and traditional authorities, said that the field visits in the municipalities, hospitals and social institutions constituted a true barometer to measure the living quality of the citizen.
The governor said that these findings are allowing the Luanda Goverment to draft plan of solutions in order to progressively overcome these shortcomings.
According to the governor, it is on course improvements in the health system, basic sanitation and better articulation between the GPL and the various sectors that operate in the province, such as the National Police, water and electricity department namely EPAL and ENDE, respectively.
