Zaire: Youths urged to contribute to development programme
Soyo - The governor of the northern Zaire province José Joanes André asked Wednesday the young people in Soyo municipality for active and direct participation in the preparation and implementation of development programme in the region for 2018/2022.

The governor was speaking at a lecture on "The state of socio-economic and cultural development of the province", whose moderator was the Minister of Youth and Sports, Albino da Conceição.
The official called on young people to continue contributing with constructive ideas for the success of this programme.
According to him, the youth, as the driving force of any society, play a crucial role in the achieving the development of the province of Zaire, calling for the union of all on materialization of this desire
"In addition to convey our ideas to young people, we need in this permanent dialogue your advice and ideas in this future development programme of our province," he said.
He also said that the objectives of the permanent dialogue with youth is to publicise the Government’s actions being developed at the level of the province, in particular, and the country, in general.
