The official was speaking at a meeting with businesspeople from South Africa’s Free State province.
According to Jovelina Imperial, such a cooperation would bring about a greater interaction among the African societies in various aspects.
In her turn, the head of the Free State’s Legislating Assembly, Mamy Qabathe, mentioned the struggle of the Angolan people against colonialism, the civil war, keeping the peace and rebuilding of the country.
She added that her delegation’s visit to Angola was meant to learn about what is being done concerning the reconstruction of Angola, which she considered to be a patriotism inspiring programme.
She also recalled Angola’s contribution to the end of the South African racist regime, by accommodating the African National Congress (ANC)’s guerrillas who fought the liberation war from the Angolan territory.
