Cinfotec: Over 2,000 staff receive training in last two years

Luanda - At least 2, 453, amongst private individuals and from companies, benefitted from training over the last two years to improve their techniques.

This was announced Friday by Integrated Centre of Technological Information (CINFOTEC).

According to CINFOTEC director general, Gilberto Figueira, the upgrading courses, that last between two and three months, are in high demand among youths finishing high education and those attending higher training.

The objective is to match their theoretical training with practice.

On the other hand, the duration of professional courses range from nine months to one year.

Speaking to Angop, Gilberto Figueira said that the most requested courses at the center are automotive mechatronics, welding, hygiene and health at work, industrial mechanics, among others.

The centre also ran several training over the last two years, with stress to installation, configuration and administration of windows server, computing user, basic computer networks and graphic design.
