Zaire: Governor wants greater dynamism for social projects
Mbanza Kongo - The provincial governor of Zaire, José Joanes André, said Wednesday in Mbanza Kongo, that he will give more dynamism in the execution of projects of social impact included in the five-year program for 2017/2022.

Speaking to the press, shortly after arriving at Mbanza Congo airport, from Luanda, where he took office as governor of Zaire, Joanes André reiterated the need to continue working as a team to pursue the social projects superiorly.
According to the governor, during his new term of office, once he was reappointed, he will demand from the new cadres "more dynamism and competence to improve working mechanisms in the most varied sectors".
For this, he asked for a mission spirit and the delivery of the cadres who may be part of his consulate in the next five years.
