Churches to reinforce appeals against alcoholism
Huambo - The churches of Angola need to reinforce their appeals against alcohol abuse in the society, according to a recommendation made Thursday, in Huambo city, by the secretary of local Baptist Convention, Pastor Martinho Sequesseque.

The religious leader said so while discussing the problematic of alcohol abuse, its causes and consequences during the church Convention.
“Many experts point out employment and poverty has the main reasons behind alcohol abuse in the society, they have their reasons, but, for us theologians, it is the disobedience to God that leads many to fall into this evil as well as living without rules” he added.
