The appeal was launched Friday by the provincial governor Kundi Paihama, at the provincial ceremony to mark the International Children's Day, June 1.
He said that everyone's commitment was necessary to create conditions for the protection, medical care, education and leisure, to ensure peace and harmony among minors.
Kundi Paihama added that it is the task of all to spread, within the family and communities, the practices aimed at better integration of the children in society.
He said that children remain government's priority, through the creation of conditions for the strengthening and fulfillment of the 11 commitments.
The event is running under the motto "reinforcing the municipalisation of the 11 commitments to guarantee the full protection of the child".
