The minister said so at the end of a visit to assess the situation of the vocational training units attached to MAPTSS, in collaboration with the Luanda’s Administrative Commission.
He said that the move is part of social protection scheme for domestic workers.
The sector, through the Modernization Plan Institute, has developed a tool that will enable employers to pay or make their contributions from Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
"It is a work completed with the Interbank Services Company (Emis). At this moment we are in the experiment phase. And we believe that from September the scheme will reach the employers, "he said.
The minister stressed that the situation of the country has led to the drop in number of domestic workers registered with the sector.
