Speaking at the provincial meeting on Municipalization of Social Action, Boavida Neto stressed that it is a moral commitment to the conscience of each manager, as to the materialization of the guidelines of the Angolan Government's action, to pay special attention to the most sensitive segments of society.

According to the official, the Municipalization of Social Action reflects a new paradigm of intervention by the Government, through the Ministry of Social Action, Family and Women Promotion in a development perspective.

He pointed out that the program of Support to Social Protection (APROSOC) in progress in six municipalities of the country, two in the province of Bié (Chinguar and Catabola), aims to elaborate social policy, specifically the degree of vulnerability of the population.

The activity, he continued, will allow concrete actions to be implemented, from the planning to the direct and concrete assistance of the people or families in need.
