Minister calls for confidence in rail transport
Lubango - Transport Minister Ricardo D'Abreu admitted today in Lubango, province of Huíla that human failures happen and the Bibala railroad accident should not trigger distrust of the people in this type of transport.

Speaking to journalists at the end of a solidarity visit to the nine wounded still hospitalized in the disaster that killed 18 people on Tuesday, the official said that rail transport is one of the pillars for the economic and social development of the country.
He also defended that given its importance, security turns out to be a critical issue, but it is necessary that economic agents, collective entities and individuals rely on this means of transportation, which is available to users.
Ricardo D'Abreu, as part of his one-day visit to Huíla, where the wounded are hospitalized and the corpses are place, lamented that there are issues that are part of the transport sector and activity, but considers it necessary ensure that there are ways and means to mitigate the risk.
