Luanda - The main task of the Press Attachés at Angolan Diplomatic Missions is to promote the country's image in the countries where they are based, said Tuesday the minister of Media, João Melo.

João Melo was speaking at a methodological meeting with the Angolan Press officers who attended training on September 18 - October 23 at the Higher Institute of International Relations Venâncio de Moura.

The meeting aimed at outlining guidelines of the main tasks of the attachés, including

the creation of connection with the Media officials in the countries where they are based.

The meeting took place at Journalists training centre (CEFOJOR) in Luanda.

The event gathered the State Secretary for Media, Celso Malavoloneke; national directors of Ministry and content managers of state owned organs.
