For the governor, this step marks the end of a period during which the current system was improved and adapted to the current requirements.
The official said that the implementation of this model will be gradual and will have a period of adaptation, cohabiting with the current one in force since May 2016.
He made it clear that he will gradually withdraw from the system the containers of the roads, betting on door-to-door collection at pre-established times and days, wishing to halve the costs of public cleaning.
The fight against malaria and its vectors, HIV / AIDS and the organization of health and hospital services, included in the "Health 2022" program, are highlights in 2019.
Next year, the prevalence of rabies cases, with human vaccines against the disease, will be reduced in the coming year, during a recapping campaign, as well as the collection of stray dogs and other stray animals.
