It is Rafael Marcelino, who was caught in the act by the Criminal Investigation Service (SIC) when he tried to falsify a school statement for work purposes.
In possession of the accused were found some computer equipment, such as computers, printers and photocopiers, as well as false statements and school certificates.
The municipal commander of the national police in Soyo, chief superintendent Domingos Zola, said that the detention of this citizen had the cooperation of the citizens.
According to the source, the accused charged 15,000 Kwanzas for each certificate or school statement, admitting the possibility of a network of document counterfeiters in the region, mostly involving foreign citizens.
The same case was registered last year in the same municipality, involving a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
