Dionísio Fonseca made the appeal during a meeting with 100 children from Luanda’s nine municipalities, ahead of the celebration of the African Children's Day, on 16 June.
The deputy governor is of the view that the children can influence people to have other kinds of attitudes, especially in the situations related to childhood.
According to the official, should every one acts as promoters of the change, it will be possible to implement good actions with the families that contribute to the development of Angola.
This attitude will help reduce cases of violence in society, especially against the child, he concluded.
