According to the head of the Traffic and Urban Mobility department in Namibe, Sandro Santos, this work is being done along the points of entry of vehicles from the provinces of Huíla, Luanda and Cunene and in the parking area of these vehicles, where the sanitation cleaning is done.

"We are mobilizing citizens to use the mask, washing their hands with soap and water or using alcohol gel or other disinfectant," he said.

He stressed that the most important thing is for the population to be aware that no matter how much effort is made to prevent the spread of the virus, the participation of all is essential.

The actions take place in the Namibe/Huila car park, where more than 20 vehicles circulate each day, and in the inter-municipal areas Môçamede / Bibala and Môçamede / Virei.
