Luanda - Angola Airlines (TAAG) aims in 2012 to reach three stars in the International Skytrax Ranking, which assesses the quality of customer service in airlines.
According to the note released by the company, to achieve this goal it is needed greater commitment to changing the working way, aiming for more rigour, professionalism, responsibility and attitude fully directed to the services delivered to the customer.
The note says that the year of 2012 should be marked by four large flags (the 4 "C"), which should always be present and serving as catalyst for actions of all workers, such as Growth, Capacity, Control and Customer.
The priorities also include the extension of offer, launching the regional destination of Cotonou, reinforcing frequencies in the domestic and international network, and establishing strategic alliances and partnerships, to promote connecting traffic.
Improving the average revenue, paying particular attention to the area of Pricing and Revenue Management, developing a new business model load, coupled with increased capacity of new long-haul fleet, extending the implementation of the business plan at all points of sale are other priorities.
The action plan include commitment to development of internal talented staff through the optimization of internal evaluation and expansion process of TAAG corporate academy, consolidate the effort of technical training of operational staff of the company.
The plan also covers equipment and improvement of maintenance area of TAAG and launching training programmes for executive training of senior officials.
