"I would like to address the Council of Directors of TAAG, as well as all employees, a word of appraisal for the programme, which is another step in improving the quality of services offered to customers as part of the broader programme that is the relaunch of the company, "he said.
According to the government minister, TAAG has been surprising the Angolans with the work shown in recent years and "we believe in work, courage and competence of all employees from bottom to top."
For Augusto Tomás, this programme "Umbi Umbi Club" is a milestone in the new rebuilding phase of the company towards providing better services to customers.
The "Umbi Umbi Club" aims to strengthen customer loyalty, allowing them to earn "miles" when travelling aboard the flag carrier of Angola. It is recalled that 100 miles equal approximately 160 kilometres.
