Speaking at the opening of the Drones Seminar, Manuel Chagas Dantas, Head of Safety  Department of INAVIC,  said that despite the significant regulation on this matter, "technological and supersonic development of our days has made it misfit".

Manuel Dantas added that "it is in this context that valid contributions to the strengthening of the regulatory and supervisory capacity of the civil aviation authority are discussed and analyzed in general, in parallel with the growth in unmanned flight activity."

Without specifying the number of aircraft and users counted by the INAVIC, the aeronautical commander revealed that the growth and use of them in national territory is already considerable.
