Named "Cabinda", the 40 meter-long vessel, with a capacity of over 400 passengers and cargo, is being completed at the Dutch Damen Shipyards in Singapore.

The arrival in Angola will take place as soon as the construction of the Cabinda and Soyo (Zaire Province) maritime passenger and cargo terminals are completed.

Ricardo D'Abreu, who was part of the multisectorial delegation that visited Friday the structural works in Cabinda, did not advance the amount of money  regarding the  payments, only stressed that part of it is in the scope of PIIM (Integrated Programme of Interventions in Municipalities).

Meanwhile, the works of the Cabinda Maritime Passenger Terminal, with the concrete structure completed, is currently at the stage of installation of equipment.

In Cabinda, Ricardo D'Abreu, who also visited Maria Mambo Café Airport, was pleased with the degree of rehabilitation of the said infrastructure.
