    IRCEA plans to train 115,000 peasants by 2021

    Luanda - At least one hundred and fifteen thousand peasants from Huíla province will be trained by 2021 in adaptation and climate change, through the project "Integrating Resilience of Climate Change into Agricultural Activities" (IRCEA).
