    Water flow in Kwanza and Bengo Rivers causes damages to EPAL

    Luanda - The rain that has devastated Luanda in the last few days has increased the flow of the Kwanza and Bengo Rivers, dragging with them organic matter to the water capture systems, altering the quality of water to be treated, according to a note from Luanda's water supply public company EPAL.
