Election of Higher Education institutions' managers deemed irreversible
Huambo - The implementation of the election process for new managers of Public Higher Education institutions is irreversible and aims at bringing major efficiency into this sector, the secretary of State for Science, Technology and Innovation, Domingos da Silva Neto, said on Monday in the central Huambo Province.

Angola has currently eight higher education public institutions scattered across the country.
