Eighteen candidates at Miss Huíla 2018 gala
Lubango - At least 18 candidates are qualified for Miss Huíla 2018, whose election gala will be held on the 24th August, within the framework of the 32nd edition of the Feast of Nossa Senhora do Monte, three years after the last event.

The selected candidates were chosen from a group of 31 young girls enrolled and gathered the necessary attributes for the Miss Huila contest.
The title of Miss Huíla is in the possession of Carolina Cavuli, elected in 2015, the year in which the last contest was held due to the financial difficulties and the change of direction of the new committee.
The chairperson of Miss Huíla Committee, Yuri Chico, who spoke to Angop, said that representatives of the municipalities of Caluquembe, Quilengues, Chibia, Matala and Quipungo had direct access, as established by the rules of the competition.
