The memorandum is part of the need to support the process of implementation of the Patronage Law and its dissemination at all levels, in partnership with the Angolan Corporate Social Responsibility Network (RARSE) and its members.

It also aims to provide a framework for cooperation, facilitating and strengthening non-exclusive collaboration between the parties in areas of common interest.

According to the memorandum, collaboration and cooperation is foreseen for the dissemination of the Patronage Law for NGOs, public, private companies and academia, the development of events / actions to achieve the desired objectives and the promotion and support of Mincult.

The Secretary of State for Culture, Aguinaldo Cristóvão, said that the MoU is intended to encourage greater private sector participation in the development of cultural projects, taking into account the new dynamics of the global world.

According to the official, it is the achievement of one of the objectives of the Patronage Law that requires the involvement of patrons and beneficiaries and The Bridge Global, taking into account the search for instruments that ensure the operationalization and dissemination of the Law.

The Patronage Law, approved by the National Assembly in 2012, establishes tax incentives for institutions wishing to make liberalities (generosities) in support of the State, aiming to foster, enhance and promote the development of the cultural sector.
