The archibishop who was speaking to Angop on the Catholic Church’s priorities in Lunda Sul province, underlined that the new governance paradigm demands from public managers, a posture that favours the social and economic justice and the integral development of the Angolans.
As regard to the coercive repatriation of capitals to Angola, which entered into force on December 26 of 2018, the priest considers to be a correct measure, which will restore the justice, since it will give back to the people what belongs to them.
