The guarantee is "mirrored" in the Memorandum of Understanding, signed this afternoon between the GPL and UNDP, which provides for the materialization of actions to be carried out as part of the operationalization of the Luanda Entrepreneur Academy (AEL).

It is also understood that this partnership encompasses a range of activities that are deemed necessary, with emphasis on emergency responses involving communities in the fight against covid-19.

The Provincial Governor of Luanda, Joana Lina, and the United Nations agency envoy in the country, Edo Stork, signed the memorandum.

For the government, this cooperation agreement will help the AEL to become a centre of "excellence" in the field of business creation and development, as well as technical training in promoting self-employment.
