There are also some specimens of colonial Architecture it is important to note as the residence of former officials of the public administration, the Governor's Residence, the building of the CTT (Post Office, Telegraphs and telephones) and the dam of Chikapa.
The fauna of the province is rich in wildlife such as elephants, red Antelope, golungos, hippos, Lions, crocodiles, leopards, goats and wild cats, as well as flying snakes, gibóias and surucucus. There is also a wide variety of birds such as Eagles, storks, herons, capotas (also known as the Angola hen), partridges and ducks.
