The tourism potential of the province of Lunda-Sul is still a diamond in the rough. There are several natural and historical points.

Situated in the town of Saurimo exist since 1930.

The fauna of the province is rich in wildlife such as elephants, red Antelope, golungos, hippos, Lions, crocodiles, leopards, goats and wild cats, as well as flying snakes, gibóias and surucucus. There is also a wide variety of birds such as Eagles, storks, herons, capotas (also known as the Angola hen), partridges and ducks.
