Gelson Dala (30’, 50’) and Gilberto (53’) scored for Angola, while Sidi Amar and Aboubakary Koita scored for Mauritius.
With this result, Angola tops the group D with four points, followed by Burkina Faso (4), Algeria (2) and Mauritius (0).
In the other matches of the Group D, Algeria drew 2-2 with Burkina Faso, with goals by Mohamed Konaté (45+3'), Berdrand Traoré (71') for the Burkina Faso and Baghdad Bounedjah (twice, 51' and 90+5') for the Algerians.
