Malanje- The Clube Recreativo União de Malanje (CRUM) missed on Wednesday missed the first game of the Angolan Cup against Desportivo Kinkosi due to an alleged lack of transport for the players and technical team.

The situation has left the club's technical team and players very embarrassed.

According to the president of CRUM, João Julião, due to the lack of transport he asked the Angolan Football Federation (FAF) to postpone the game, but the response was negative.

He emphasized that the group will work to create the conditions to ensure that they remain in the Angola Cup.

Meanwhile, CRUM's head coach, Manuel Martins "Bula", lamented the situation, stressing that the team had the right to play in the cup, but unfortunately this is not being realized.

The lack of conditions has impacted negatively forcing the morning training session to be interrupted.

Despite this difficult time for the team, the coach said the players are focused on Saturday's match against Recreativo do Libolo, as remaining in the top division is the main objective.PBC/TED/AMP
