Soccer body head reveals contract with ZAP

Luanda - Angola Football Federation (FAF) chairperson Artur de Almeida e Silva has revealed that the annual contract the institution had with satellite television operating company -ZAP, corresponded to AKz 700 million, following a pressure made by contenders to the helm of the FAF.

Artur e Silva revealed that 400 or 500 million of the total of the cash was destined to the clubs of the National First Division Championship, in a contract that ended in September, by decision of the sponsor, after four years.

However, Artur Almeida was not very clear on this matter, whenever questioned by the media, a situation also claimed by the sports associations.

Nando Jordão, candidate on the list - A, Tony Estraga (C) and José Alberto Macaia (D), who took part in the debate promoted by the Public Television of Angola (TPA), were unanimous in stating that the management of the federation has not been the most certain in the last four years.
