Luanda – Angolan defence player Pedro Bondo this Thursday in Lisbon, Portugal, was presented as a player of Sporting Clube de Portugal, to which he was loaned with an option to be bought out by the end the 2024/2024 football season.
The 18-years-old footballer from Angola´s Petro de Luanda Team is a national champion and already works with Sporting's B team and will play in the second division of Portuguese football championship.
At the presentation, Pedro Bondo was pleased with the welcome he received from his new colleagues.
In the previous season, he led Petro de Luanda to win the first division national football championship (Girabola) after playing 24 games, with two assists.
It should be recalled that while playing for Petro de Luanda the Angolan player won twice the Angolan Cup (2021-2022), as well as twice won the Girabola champion title (2022-2023). JAD/FN/MRA/JMC
