Luanda – Sporting de Cabinda and Académica do Lobito drew 1-1 on Wednesday in Cabinda Province in the 14th round match played at Tafe Stadium, bringing the championship (Girabola)’s first leg to a close.
The goals were scored by Pedro for Sporting de Cabinda and Nelo for Académica do Lobito.
With this result, Sporting de Cabinda climbed to 12th place in the competition with 12 points, while the Académica do Lobito are in 10th place with 16.
Girabola2023/24 is led by Petro de Luanda with 34 points, followed by Desportivo da Lunda Sul with 33 points, then Sagrada Esperança da Lunda Norte with 31 points, while Recreativo do Libolo is in last place with 9 points.
