Luanda - Brazilian striker Maikon Leite said Saturday, he was leaving Petro de Luanda football team after being hired by the Angolan outlet in October 2020 in a contract valid for two seasons.

The athlete announced his departure on his official Instagram account, at a time when the striker has played just four games in the national first division football championship.

"Thank you Petro de Luanda, it was a pleasure to be with you this year, 2021. All the luck in your journey," wrote the compatriot of Tiago Azulão and top scorer of the championship with 13 goals.
