Luanda - Petro de Luanda were eliminated from the African Champions League on Saturday, after losing 1-2 to TP Mazembe of the DRC in the second leg of the quarter-finals, at the 11 de Novembro Stadium, in Luanda.

The goals were scored by Jonathan Toro (29') for Petro, and Kizumbi (81'), Joel Beya (90+6) for TP Mazembe.

In the first-leg encounter, played on 30 March in Lubumbashi, the result was 0-0.

In the semi-finals, TP Mazembe will play Egypt's Al Ahly, who on Friday eliminated Tanzania's Simba Sport Club 1-0 and 3-0 on aggregate.
