Luanda – Angola’s Petro de Luanda head coach, Toni Cosano, Monday said his team is ready to beat Wydad Casablanca in the second round of group C of the African Champions League on Tuesday at Luanda’s 11 de November Stadium.
Speaking in a pre-match press conference, the coach said the group have worked and are concentrated to win and will take advantage of the home factor to achieve the first three points in the competition.
In the meantime, he said there is no pressure among the players, although he said he recognizes the potential of the opponents, who, in his opinion, have much experience in international competitions.
Petro de Luanda lost the first match to Horoya of Guinea Conakry by 0-2, while the match between Kaizer Chiefs of South Africa and Wydad Casablanca did not take place.
