Luanda – The senior men's national roller hockey team will take part in the 69th edition of the Montreux Nations Cup, to be held in Switzerland from 27 to 31 March.
On Monday, the coach Alberto Domingos summoned the 15 players, five of whom play in Angola, while the others play in Portugal, Spain and Italy.
The Angolan team meets in Portugal on 11 March to prepare for the competition and then travel to Montreux.
In the competition also known as the international Easter tournament, Angola are in group A with Argentina, Italy and HC team, while series B is made up of Spain, Portugal, Switzerland and France.
In their last appearance, in 2019, the national team came fourth.
The national team includes Bruno Santos, Tino Boy, Argentino Agostinho, Adilson Diogo, Francisco Eduardo and Erivaldo Domingos, Wilson de Castro, Josemar Tavares, Fábio Faria, Alfredo Tunda, Afonso Sousa, Rafael Fidalgo, Francisco Veludo, Humberto Mendes, João Pinto and André Centeno.
