Luanda – Angola´s Sagrada Esperança da Lunda Norte lost 0-1 to Libya's Abu Salim Sports Club, on Sunday in Annaba City, Algeria, in scope of the second round (group B) of the African Football Confederation (CAF) Cup, also dubbed Nelson Mandela Trophy.

The only goal of the game, played at the 19 May Stadium, was scored by Abdulmunem Aleyan in the 88th minute.

To recall that in the first round, the Angolan team, who have three points, beat CO Coyah of Guinea 2-0 at the 11 de Novembro Stadium, in Luanda.

Académica do Lobito, Angola's other representative (group C) in this second biggest continental football competition, will face Sunday Club Africain of Tunisia 0-3, after losing their opening game against Rivers United Football Club of Nigeria 0-3.

Meanwhile, SuperSport United FC from South Africa were beaten 0-2 at home by Union Sportive de la Médina d'Alger (USM Alger) in group A.
