Menongue - Ministry of Education (ME) wants to make the special education more practical and inclusive, the Secretary of State of Preschool Education for Primary Teaching has said.
Pacheco Francisco, who was speaking on Monday in Menongue, south-east Cuando Cubango province, said it is a process designed for a group of people with disabilities, mute, deaf and others, who need special training, as part of the normal education system in force in the country.
Speaking during a ceremony that marked the closing of the seminar, attended by 210 teachers and school managers from the nine municipalities of Cuando Cubango, Pacheco Francisco said this goal will be materialised through the National Institute of Special Education, by sharing the knowledge with all the authors involved in the normal system of education.
In order to achieve this goal, the Secretary of State defended successful different methodology focused on connection with the student, aimed at responding to the needs of each one.
