Cacuaco - Messages for greater investment in the agriculture and fishing sectors marked the street carnival parades on Tuesday in the municipality of Cacuaco, in Luanda.

The entertainment groups from the municipal administration, schools, universities and zungueiras also paraded.
Although it is considered a street parade, as it is competitive, the organization will reward the winner with two and a half million kwanzas. The second-place winner will have one million and five hundred and the third one one million kwanzas.
For the local director of Culture and Tourism, Henriques Neves, it is essential to rescue the 'mystique of playing carnival' in the municipality.
