Luanda – The Angola Ambassador to Brazil, Florêncio de Almeida, highlighted Sunday, the importance of the Casa de Angola Cultural Centre in São Paulo (Brazil) for the dissemination of the Angolan cultural essence in Brazilian lands.
The diplomat, who was speaking at the opening ceremony of the center, said the aim of the space is to disseminate information on the cultural, social and political Angolan reality and exchange between artists and cultural agents of the two countries.
The center, said the Angolan ambassador to Brazil, is a place of initiatives, action and dynamics, which can enhance the Angolan culture and substantiate the reason for its creation.
Florêncio de Almeida praised the initiative of the Angolan citizens residing in the State of São Paulo, committed to promoting and disseminating the rich and diverse Angolan culture.
