London – UK Premier Boris Johnson has said that he was to confirm Monday the suspension of the restrictions on covid-19 pandemic.
The Prime Minister’s Office said Sunday that the move was intended to improve the health situation.
The conservative leader spoke of the plans to announce the third stage on Monday, at the end of his stocktaking meeting with Cabinet.
The suspension of restrictions will take effect on 17 May, which will coincide with the easing of some restrictions on travel abroad.
The measure will allow Britons to hold indoor meetings with maximum limit of six people or two families.
