Luanda - Angola and Equatorial Guinea analysed Tuesday the two countries’ cooperation in the fields of transport, civil aviation, visa-free diplomatic and service passports.
The authorities from the two countries also discussed the exchange of experiences in the oil and gas sector.
In the Angolan capital, Luanda, the minister of Foreign Affairs of Equatorial Guinea, Simoen Oyono Engue, met separately with the Secretaries of State for the Interior Salvador Domingos, Transport Carlos Fernandes Borges and Oil and Gas José Alexandre Barros.
The two States expressed their intention to sign agreements on training of staff, as well as the production, exploration and trading of hydrocarbons.
In 2006, Angola and Equatorial Guinea signed a General Cooperation Agreement.
Since 2006, relations between the two countries have gone through different stages of cooperation, with stress to the security, oil, air transport and public order sectors.
